Mark joined with Co-Owner Ron Jones in 2010 to form Missouri Impact Basketball Club.  The Missouri Impact Basketball, (MIB) is a volunteer, sports organization dedicated exclusively to the promotion of Mid-West youth participation in a competitive amateur basketball programs.  MIB has organized to provide both boys and girls ages 9-18, an opportunity to develop to their skills to the highest level through participation in local and national networks of sporting events.

Mark ended his high school basketball career as a Louisiana states All-Stator leading his team to Louisiana 2 state basketball appearances.  Mark continued his career at Central College in McPherson, Kansas then on to Park University in Parkville, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing.  Mark also served as a Park University men’s basketball Graduate Assistant Coach for the 1985-86 season.


Mark has served over 20 years as a college and high school basketball official during which time he has been selected as Missouri State High School Official of the Year, worked 6 Missouri State boys championship games, selected as a 4 time National Junior College Championship Tournament official, 4 time NAIA Championship Tournament official, and NCAA Championship Tournament official.


In addition to his officiating career Mark has served as Director of the prestigiousIAABO Junior Gateway Athletic Conference (GAC) Boys and Girls Junior Leaguebasketball program, based in St. Charles, Missouri, for the last 10 years.
Mark and his wife, Vicki, of 25 years are not only dedicated to the sport of basketball but also co-coach long, triple and high jumpers for the Zumwalt East High School Lions Boys and Girls Track and Field teams in St. Peters, Missouri.
Mark and Vicki are the proud parents of two children, Ebony, who is a NBA Houston Rockets Power Dancer and Dunk team member and Regional Sales Director for Marriott Hotels and Mark Jr. who is a junior at his parent’s Alma Mater, Park University, and member of the Park Pirates Men’s Basketball team.
